Even though x-rays are low in radiation, every effort is made to minimize the amount of radiation exposure. Images are taken every 6 months – 18 months, depending on each child’s individual circumstances and needs. Each child wears a lead apron. We use the latest digital technology allowing us to take x-rays with the lowest radiation possible. Comfortability and safety are our biggest priorities.
